Plot - Avataro Sentai DonBrothers
The 46th episode of Toei Company’s Super Sentai Series is a Japanese Tokusatsu-drama titled Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. Following the conclusion of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, the series debuted on March 6, 2022, joining Kamen Rider Revice in the Super Hero Time lineup.
On September 4, 2022, Donbrothers welcomed Kamen Rider Geats as a new member following the conclusion of Revice. Later, in February 2023, the show would come to an end, and Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger would take its place in the Super Hero Time block.
The idea of the series is based on virtual reality and the myth of Momotar. Because of this, the series uses more CGI than previous productions and many of its images are designed to look like traditional Japanese watercolor brush paintings.
Plot Avataro Sentai Donbrothers
A guy by the name of Jin Momoi discovers and raises Taro, a child he named after a peach. After 21 years, strange creatures known as the Hitotsuki start to appear when spirits with Super Sentai-related abilities possess humans who have succumbed to their inner urges.
Taro and the other four people chosen by Jin, Tsubasa Inuzuka, a wanted fugitive, Haruka Kito, a high school manga artist, and Tsuyoshi Kijino, a regular salaryman, start off fighting the Hitotsuki and rescuing their hosts as the Donbrothers. Later, Jiro Momotani, who was also discovered as a baby in a capsule and was raised in a rural location and has aspirations of becoming a hero, joins them.
The Juto, strange and potent beings who pose a threat to both humans and the Noto, and the Noto themselves, elusive and ruthless beings from a higher plane who stop the Hitotsuki by sealing their hosts in another dimension, as opposed to the Donbrothers who use their powers to rescue them, are also in their way.
The Donbrothers also rely on Kaito Goshikida, the proprietor of the coffee business Donbura who morphs into Zenkaizer Black, for covert assistance.
