The Kamen Rider Series by Toei Company includes the Japanese tokusatsu drama Kamen Rider Drive. The twenty-ninth series overall and the sixteenth in the Heisei period run is this one.
After Kamen Rider Gaim’s ending, the series debuted on October 5, 2014, and it joined Ressha Sentai ToQger in the Super Hero Time lineup. Shuriken Sentai Ninninger joined it on February 22, 2015, following the conclusion of ToQger.
The tagline of the series is “Start Your Engine!”
The series’ overall average rating was 5.34%.
Story Kamen Rider Drive
Shinnosuke Tomari is a former elite police officer in the Metropolitan Police who was “demoted” into the Special Investigations Division after an incident that traumatised one of his coworkers.
This division investigates strange occurrences in the city, especially the “Heavy Acceleration” events that render people immobile and are known as the “Slowdown” by the general public.
Shinnosuke becomes Kamen Rider Drive after being selected by the Drive Driver and Tridoron. He is given the mission of defeating the Roidmudes, who want to rule the planet by eradicating humanity.
