Chief Shunsuke Masaki recognizes he needs to form a new police team to protect Tokyo from crime once the Winspector police team departs Japan to fight crime in France. He develops Solbrain, a cutting-edge special rescue team that excels in rescue and firepower missions.

Daiki Nishio, a rookie investigator who can transform into SolBraver in his automobile using the Plus Up command, is its captain. Reiko Higuchi, who can also utilize the Plus Up command to change into SolJeanne, SolBraver’s female equivalent, and SolDozer, a yellow bulldozer robot, are the other team members.

In a later episode (episodes 21, 22, and 23), the Winspector collaborates with Solbrain and travels back to Japan. Ryouma Kagawa, the star of Winspector, makes a comeback in episode 34 as a member of Solbrain, donning a solid outfit known as the Knight Fire.
