Kamen Rider Saber: Gather! Hero!! The Out-of-Nowhere Dragon TV-Kun is the Televi-Kun Hyper Battle DVD of Kamen Rider Saber, included in the May and June-July 2021 issues of the Televi-Kun.
In the DVD, Touma, Yuri, and Mei befriend the Ahiru Megid while attempting to publish a children’s magazine about superheroes. It also features the TV-Kun Wonder Ride Book and Kamen Rider Saber Dragon TV-Kun.
The catchphrase is “TV-Kun Wonder Ride Book is Complete!!” (「てれびくんワンダーライドブック完成!!」, Terebi-kun Wandā Raido Būkku Kansei!!). The cover also wears the Kamen Rider 50th Anniversary crown.
